Terms of service

These terms cover your use of Panel Pick. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them on behalf of yourself and the organisation you use it for. Questions: hello@panelpick.com.

Your account

Keep your sign-in secure and tell us about any unauthorised use. Organisation admins control who is a member and what role they have, and are responsible for the people they invite.

Your content

Candidates, scorecards and files you add stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them only to run the service for you. You confirm you have the right to record this information, including telling candidates how their data is used where the law requires it.

Acceptable use

• Don't use Panel Pick to discriminate unlawfully against candidates.
• Don't try to access other organisations' data, disrupt the service, or get around its limits.
• Don't upload malware or content you have no right to share.

Plans and payment

Each plan's monthly scorecard limit is shown on the pricing and Billing pages. Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe and renew until cancelled; you can cancel any time from the Billing page and keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

Availability

We work to keep Panel Pick available and your data safe, but the service is provided as is. Scorecards are saved on your device as you type, and synced when you're online.

Ending your use

You can stop using Panel Pick at any time and export your data first. We may suspend accounts that break these terms, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law.

Changes

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we'll tell account admins by email before it takes effect.
